Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ScoreSnap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ScoreSnap is a credit utilization timing tool that helps users track credit card statement close dates, calculate utilization percentages, and plan pre-statement payments. All data is entered manually by the user and stored locally on the device.

Not Financial Advice

ScoreSnap does not provide financial advice. The App provides utilization calculations and payment suggestions based on user-entered data. These are estimates only. ScoreSnap does not:

• Guarantee any credit score improvement
• Access your credit report or credit score
• Connect to your bank accounts
• Provide personalized financial recommendations

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the App
• You are responsible for making payments to your credit card issuers on time
• You acknowledge that utilization calculations are estimates based on your input

Subscriptions

ScoreSnap offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Intellectual Property

ScoreSnap and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by PlayRiot and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreSnap and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any financial losses or credit score changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
